Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if more than 30 days have passed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. For coffee beans, the package must be unopened.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at hello@latazza.co.nz.
Shipping
To return a product, please email hello@latazza.co.nz for return shipping details. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product being returned. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
